Dashboard
Created as an entry for the DataDNA - Dataset Challenge of March 2023, this project explores 5,010 public Amazon reviews
of the iPhone XR to evaluate whether the product truly lived up to Apple's high-profile marketing promise. The dashboard brings
together sentiment analytics, helpfulness behaviour, temporal review activity, and text pattern analysis to form a complete
picture of customer satisfaction.
