Created as an entry for the Pomerol Partners DataDNA – Dataset Challenge of October 2022, this project reinterprets the Titanic dataset using the aesthetic of a 1912 newspaper front page, blending historical storytelling with data analysis. Using a curated set of 418 recorded passengers, the report examines survival patterns across class, age, gender, and fare, revealing how social structure and demographic factors shaped outcomes during the sinking of the RMS Titanic.
The project earned me The Storyteller award in the competition.
